Laura Broderick and Amanda Gerhart, the co-founders of Diverse Journeys embarked on this journey many years ago, after being inspired by many leaders in the field of Inclusion, whose teachings of the Principles of this movement motivated us to develop a small, intimate organization that would walk with people on their chosen journey and at their pace.
